1) download the Tar-gzipped source ns-allinone-2.27-oolsr-0.99.15.tar.gz from
	"http://hipercom.inria.fr/OOLSR/downloads.html"
2) unzip
3) untar
4) apply the patch "patch -p0 -l < ns227-fc4.patch
5) cd ns-allinone-2.27-oolsr-0.99.15
6) ./install
7) follow the directions for PATH, TCL_LIBRARY, LD_LIBRARY_PATH
8) to test if olsr work...run the script that comes with the distribution
	cd ns-allinone-2.27-oolsr-0.99.15/ns2.27/oolsr
	ns test-unicast.tcl
