Synchronous Wireless Ad Hoc Networks
A S-WAHN is a wireless Ad Hoc Network in which the nodes utilize their
common (global or local) knowledge of time as a foundation to tackle several
of the existing challenges and/or improve over existing solutions.

Avoid frequent transmission of information by predicting
the measured variables of other nodes in sensor networks
Gradient information of the sensed phenomena could be transmitted and future
predictions might be possible thanks to a common time.
