Combine BDI agents with OWL ontology reasoning
nBDI agents:
weighing conflicting considerations provided
by what the agent desires/values/cares about and what the agent believes (practical reasoning)
nOWL ontology reasoning: generate new beliefs from ontology information (theoretical reasoning)
In addition: apply frame concept/XVCL to ontologies to handle ontology evolution
